Shipping and Delivery

Free Worldwide Shipping On All Orders! with no minimum order sizes. Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. Leathwear understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.Leathwear accepts and ships orders to all countries except for Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, Pakistan, Russia, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries. In order reto offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, UPS. Leathwear has the right to choose the best Courier service for our customers to deliver parcels to their doorsteps. For your ease, we don’t deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. Leathwear always faces problems when trying to deliver on these addresses.After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days or maximum it can take up to 10 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep. Leathwear makes it possible for our customers to get their orders in minimum time to style gracefully. For made-to-measure orders we usually take one week to dispatch. Parcels are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks maximum.The courier will deliver it to the address provided by you, if you are not at home they may also use their LDFD (Left at the front door) option which is most common in the USA. For the privacy and security of the customer’s parcel, Leathwear makes sure that while receiving your order signature must be done.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided after we dispatch the parcel. It is requested to not share your tracking id with any other person. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company.Leathwear recommends you follow up with the courier once you are provided with the tracking number. After multiple delivery failures attempts at the provided address, the courier company might destroy the parcel and we will not be responsible in that case.

Multiple Orders

If the customer places multiple items at a time so to avoid multiple transactions we try to dispatch the order in a single parcel to avoid unnecessary time wastage. however, We recommend you follow up with the courier once you are provided the tracking number. Once your order is dispatched we can not reschedule the delivery to a different address. Only courier service at your place can help you then in this regard. You can contact their office to make them agree to dispatch the courier to a new address.

Defective Product

We make every effort to provide you with high-quality flawless products. However, if on a rare instance the item is damaged during the shipment process, you can initiate the exchange process with our easy Return Policy.

Size Issue

Check your size again before purchasing any product from our website. In case, the size is not correct due to a manufacturing mistake we will replace the product if necessary kindly, send us an email at [email protected].

Custom Order

We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including size, style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell them to anyone else.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Duties & taxes

Please note all the orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis note Leathwear is not responsible for customs duties, since we ship globally. Customs charges are to be paid before delivery by customers to the respective courier company and authorities. Different countries have different charges, please check with your country’s customs office to figure out what these additional charges are.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation can be done within 1 hour of order placement, You just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, your order will be being processed and therefore we will be unable to cancel it. The customer should contact support for requesting order cancellation.In case, the order is dispatched or is at your country’s customs, it can not be canceled and in such case only accepting the parcel and returning it back will be an option.
